BISE AJK is responsible for taking secondary and higher secondary school exams in all over Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The board was established in 1973 in Mirpur AJK. Lahore board was the board taking SSC and HSSC exams before the establishment of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education AJK board. There are quite a few colleges and schools affiliated with AJK board now and thousands of students give exam and get their BISE AJK result 2025 online. It is the only Higher Secondary School board in AJK.
