9th class result Gujranwala Board by SMS

If your mobile data or internet is not working, SMS is a handy backup. To receive your first year secondary result by message, simply type your Roll Number in the text box of your phone and send it to 200293. Within a short time you will get a reply that carries your marks. This service works for every candidate of the board, no matter which group they belong to.

9th class Roll Number Slip & Date Sheet 2026

Before the result stage, two things matter the most for a 9th class candidate: the roll number slip and the date sheet. The 9th class roll number slip 2026 Gujranwala Board carries your exam centre, your subjects and your seat details, so keep it safe and bring it to the hall each day. The SSC Part 1 date sheet tells you the date and time of every paper. Both documents are usually released a few weeks before the papers begin, and you can download the original copies from this page as soon as the board uploads them.

Grading system for 9th class (SSC Part 1)

Once your result is out, it helps to know how the grades are worked out. Gujranwala Board follows the standard Punjab grading scale. Each part of Matric carries 550 marks, so class 9 and class 10 together make the full 1100 marks of Matriculation. The grade table below shows where your percentage places you.

Grade	Marks Percentage	Remarks
A+	90% and above	Outstanding
A	80% to 89%	Excellent
B	70% to 79%	Very Good
C	60% to 69%	Good
D	50% to 59%	Fair
E	40% to 49%	Satisfactory
F	Below 33%	Fail / Re-appear

A student needs at least 33% marks to pass a subject. If you fall short in one or two papers, do not lose heart – the supplementary (second annual) exams give you a fair chance to clear them and move ahead.

Gujranwala Board 9th class rechecking process

Sometimes a student feels the marks are lower than expected. In that case, BISE Gujranwala offers a rechecking facility. You can download the rechecking form from the official website or collect it from the regional office, fill in your details, attach the required fee and submit it to the concerned department. The board staff will re-total your SSC Part 1 papers and inform you about the outcome within the notified days.
