The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sahiwal conducts the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Part 2 examination at centres across Sahiwal, Okara and Pakpattan. This is the final intermediate exam – the one that decides your full Inter certificate – and if you appeared in the 12th class annual exam 2026, this page on rezult.pk is where you can check your BISE Sahiwal 12th class result 2026 the instant it is announced.

Twelfth class goes by many names: 2nd year, second year, Inter part 2, Intermediate part 2, HSSC part 2, HSSC-II, grade 12, or simply Inter. It spans every discipline – FA, FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS, I.Com and other groups – and rezult.pk publishes results for all of them. So whether you sat the exam as a Science group student or a General group student, your marks are available here. Because your first year (Part 1) marks are added to your second year (Part 2) marks, the twelfth class result sets your overall intermediate grade, which is why it is the most searched result of the season.

Grading scheme for 12th class (HSSC-II) 2026

The intermediate result is reported on the new IBCC ten-point grading scale that boards are moving to. Here is the mark-to-grade map, which is worth knowing when you calculate your aggregate for university admissions:

Grade	Marks percentage	Meaning
A++	96% – 100%	Extraordinary
A+	91% – 95%	Exceptional
A	86% – 90%	Outstanding
B++	81% – 85%	Excellent
B+	76% – 80%	Very good
B	71% – 75%	Good
C+	61% – 70%	Fairly good
C	51% – 60%	Above average
D	40% – 50%	Emerging (minimum pass)
U	Below 40%	Unsatisfactory (reappear)

The traditional Inter pass line was 33%; under the revised policy the minimum for classes on the new scale is 40%. If you fall short in one subject you can clear it in the supplementary exam without redoing the whole year, but for a competitive university aggregate you will want to sit well inside the A bands.
