BISE Swat 10th Class Result 2026 – SSC Part 2 / Matric Result by Roll Number
Matric is the first big milestone in a Pakistani student's academic journey, and the day the 10th class result 2026 Swat Board is announced feels like a festival and an exam rolled into one. Families gather around a single mobile screen, teachers keep their phones charged, and sweet shops in Mingora do brisk business by evening. The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Saidu Sharif Swat conducts the SSC Part 2 examination for students across Swat, Buner and Shangla districts, and once the checking and tabulation are complete, the board declares the result for all groups together. ReZult.pk brings that result to your screen the moment it goes live – searchable by roll number, free of cost, with no registration.
Your class 10 marks are combined with your class 9 score to produce your final Secondary School Certificate total. That combined number follows you for years: college merit lists, scholarship forms, even some job applications ask for your matric percentage. So while the nerves are understandable, remember that checking early changes nothing – but checking accurately matters a lot. Use the roll number printed on your admit card, not one recalled from memory, and verify every detail on the marks sheet once it opens.
Steps to Check Matric Result 2026 Swat Board Online
Checking your SSC Part 2 result 2026 Swat Board on ReZult.pk takes less than a minute:
- Type your roll number in the search box – it is printed clearly on your roll number slip.
- Select 10th class from the class options.
- Select the exam year, for example 2026.
- Press the Search Result button and your full marks detail will load on the screen.
The official website of the board is the primary source, but every result season it faces the same flood of visitors in the opening hours, which makes pages crawl or time out. That is exactly why ReZult.pk exists as a dependable second door: same announced record, delivered on a platform built to handle result-day rush. You can also use the class and year options on this page to look up older results – useful when a college asks you to verify a previous year's marks or an elder sibling's record needs checking.

Science Group and General Group Matric Students
Whether you spent the last two years with Physics practicals and Chemistry equations or with General Science, Education and Home Economics, this page serves you equally. BISE Swat announces the Science group and General group results together under the same roll number series, so there is no separate link to hunt for. Enter roll number, select class, select exam year, click Search Result – and the marks sheet that opens will show your own group's subjects automatically. Private candidates who appeared through the board directly, including those who prepared at home or through academies, are part of the same announcement and can search here in the same way.
Position Holders and Toppers of 10th Class Swat Board
Every year the announcement ceremony at the board hall in Saidu Sharif honours the students who top the district. The 10th class position holders 2026 Swat Board – usually the top three overall along with group-wise high achievers – receive their moment of recognition, and their names travel across newspapers and social media within hours. ReZult.pk publishes the complete toppers list on this page as soon as the board releases it officially, including names, institutes and obtained marks. Beyond the celebration, the toppers list is worth a look for younger students too: it tells you what the winning scores actually are, which helps you set a realistic target for your own attempt.
Grading, Passing Marks and What Counts as a Good Score
The passing threshold in each subject is generally 33% under the board's standing policy. Grades on the marks certificate follow the band system – A+ for 80% and above, then A, B, C, D and E descending – while the IBCC's revised grading framework is being phased in across boards, so your card reflects the scheme applicable to your exam year. As for what counts as a "good" result: for admission into reputable colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the pre-medical or pre-engineering groups, students usually aim well above 80%, while many other respectable paths remain open across the full range of scores. A matric result is a door, not a verdict.
After Matric: Your Options Once the Result Is Out
The question every family debates the evening of the result: what next? Here is a plain comparison of the common routes after passing the grade 10 result 2026 BISE Swat:
| Program | Main Subjects | Where It Leads |
|---|---|---|
| FSc Pre-Medical | Physics, Chemistry, Biology | MBBS, BDS, pharmacy, nursing, allied health |
| FSc Pre-Engineering | Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics | Engineering universities, architecture, technology |
| ICS | Computer Science with Physics/Statistics and Mathematics | Software, IT, computer science degrees |
| ICom | Accounting, Business, Economics | Commerce, banking, BBA, CA/ACCA route |
| FA (Arts/Humanities) | Languages, social sciences, education options | Law, teaching, civil services preparation, social sciences |
| DAE (Diploma) | Technical trades over three years | Skilled technical careers, B.Tech pathways |
Choose based on your interest and your marks in the related subjects, not just neighbourhood pressure. A student who scored brilliantly in Biology but merely survived Mathematics will usually be happier in pre-medical than pre-engineering – the marks sheet you are checking today is genuinely useful data for this decision.
Your DMC and Certificate – the Paperwork After the Celebration
The online result is for information; admissions run on documents. The Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) issued by BISE Swat reaches schools some weeks after the announcement, and private candidates receive theirs as per the board's dispatch process. Collect it, check the spelling of your name and father's name against your B-Form, verify the date of birth, and confirm every subject's marks match what you saw online. Corrections are far easier now than years later when a university or embassy points out the mismatch. The permanent Secondary School Certificate itself is issued later by the board; the DMC is what you will use for college admission in the meantime.
Supplementary Exams and Rechecking
Did a subject go wrong? The board opens supplementary examination admissions shortly after the annual result, and clearing your supply paper keeps you moving without losing the year entirely. The supply result is also updated on ReZult.pk when announced. Separately, if you are convinced a paper deserved better marks, BISE Swat allows rechecking applications within a limited period after the result – typically around a couple of weeks – against a per-paper fee. Rechecking means verification of totals and untallied questions as per board rules, so apply where you genuinely suspect a counting error rather than hoping for wholesale re-marking.
Result Day Checklist for Matric Students
- Keep your roll number slip photographed on your phone and saved in your gallery the night before – paper slips have a talent for disappearing on the one morning they matter.
- Charge your phone and note this page's address; on announcement morning you want one reliable tab open, not eleven slow ones.
- Once the result opens, screenshot the full marks sheet and read every field: name spelling, father's name, roll number, each subject's marks, total and grade.
- Write your total and percentage somewhere safe; college admission forms will ask for them repeatedly over the coming weeks.
- If anything looks off – a missing practical mark, a subject you did not take – contact your school the same day so the correction process starts immediately.
How Your Matric Percentage Is Actually Calculated
Confusion about percentages peaks every result season, so here is the plain version. Under the scheme of studies that has governed most sessions, each part of SSC carries its own maximum marks and the certificate total is the sum of both parts. Your percentage is simply your combined obtained marks divided by the combined maximum, multiplied by hundred. A worked illustration under the commonly used totals:
| Component | Obtained (example) | Maximum (typical) |
|---|---|---|
| SSC Part 1 (9th class) | 438 | 550 |
| SSC Part 2 (10th class) | 462 | 550 |
| Matric Total | 900 | 1100 |
In this example the student's matric percentage is 900 out of 1100, which works out to roughly 81.8% – an A+ under the traditional bands. If the board applies a revised scheme or grading framework in your session, your marks sheet will say so, and the same simple division still tells you where you stand. Knowing this calculation protects you from the classic result-day error of judging yourself on Part 2 marks alone when colleges will look at the combined figure.
Scholarships and Opportunities a Strong Matric Result Unlocks
A good matric result 2026 Swat Board is worth more than congratulations. High scorers become eligible for merit-based fee concessions at many colleges, board-level recognition for position holders, and various government and private scholarship schemes that use matric marks as their first filter. Students from Swat, Buner and Shangla should ask their prospective colleges specifically about merit scholarships during admission – institutions rarely advertise them loudly, but the concessions exist and the difference over two years of intermediate can be substantial for a family. Even outside formal scholarships, a strong SSC total gives you bargaining power: better colleges, better groups, and first pick of limited seats.
Choosing a College in Swat, Buner or Shangla After the Result
Merit lists open soon after the matric announcement, and the scramble is real. When comparing colleges, look past the gate and the name: ask about faculty for your intended group, laboratory condition if you are going the FSc or ICS route, past board results of the college, distance from home in winter months, and the fee structure across both years rather than the admission semester alone. Students of this region also weigh hostel availability where daily travel is impractical. Make a shortlist of three colleges before the merit lists open, visit them if you can, and submit applications to more than one – keeping a second option alive costs a form fee and can save an academic year.
A Word for Parents on Matric Result Day
Parents, your reaction in the first ten minutes after the result opens will be remembered longer than the marks themselves. If the number is excellent, celebrate – and then help your child choose the next step on interest and aptitude rather than only on neighbourhood prestige. If the number disappoints, remember that the board itself provides second chances through supplementary exams and rechecking, and that thousands of accomplished professionals in this country once had an ordinary matric result. What a sixteen-year-old needs on this day is a plan, not a verdict. Sit with the subject-wise marks, identify what went wrong, and decide together whether the answer is a supply exam, a different group, or simply a fresh start in first year with better habits.
DMC, Provisional Certificate and the SSC Certificate – Know Your Three Documents
- Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC): The subject-wise record of your marks, issued after the announcement. This is the workhorse document for college admission and the one to check character by character on arrival.
- Provisional certificate: A temporary confirmation that you have passed, used during the window before the final certificate is printed. Colleges accept it for admission processing alongside the DMC.
- SSC certificate: The permanent matriculation certificate issued by the board later. Collect it when notified, store it flat and unlaminated until told otherwise, and never surrender the original where an attested copy will do.
Knowing which document does which job saves real inconvenience. Admission desks meet students every season who hand over originals unnecessarily or arrive with the wrong paper entirely; a family that understands this small taxonomy moves through the season with far fewer trips to offices in Mingora and Saidu Sharif.
Checking a Result on Someone Else’s Behalf
Result day makes messengers of us all – elder siblings at jobs checking for youngsters at home, teachers checking for whole sections, cousins abroad refreshing for the family. The search on this page works for any roll number you hold, and that convenience comes with a quiet responsibility: a result belongs first to the student. If the news is not good, let them hear it privately and gently rather than in a crowded WhatsApp group. Exam marks are personal information, and the kindest households in Swat treat them that way – celebrations broadcast loudly, disappointments handled softly. Check for others by all means; announce for others with care.
Habits That Separate Position Holders From the Pack
Every year, when we publish the toppers list, the interviews that follow sound strangely similar. Almost none of the position holders describe heroic all-nighters. Instead the same quiet habits repeat: attempting past papers of Swat board under real timing from mid-session onward, writing answers by hand instead of only reading, keeping a mistakes register per subject and revising it weekly, treating practical notebooks as marks rather than formalities, and sleeping properly in exam week. None of this requires an expensive academy – it requires consistency, which is free. If you are a 9th class student reading the matric page early, or a supply candidate planning a comeback, borrow these habits now; they compound.
Verifying an Older Matric Result
Not everyone on this page is a fresh candidate. Employers screening applications, colleges confirming records, and former students retrieving their own history all need older results, and the class and year selectors here exist for precisely that. Choose 10th class, pick the relevant exam year instead of 2026, enter the roll number, and press Search Result. Where a formal, stamped verification is required – for a job, a visa file or an institutional audit – the board's verification branch issues attested confirmation against the prescribed fee; the online record here helps you confirm the details you will put on that application before you travel to Saidu Sharif.
Moved Districts or Changing Boards? Read This Before Admission
Families relocate, and students sometimes pass matric under BISE Swat but seek intermediate admission under another board's jurisdiction, or the reverse. The system handles this routinely: your Swat board SSC record remains fully valid across Pakistan, and where the receiving institution's rules require it, an inter-board migration or clearance document is arranged through the boards' prescribed procedure. Sort this paperwork alongside your admission form rather than after classes begin – registration deadlines for first year arrive quickly, and a missing document is a silly reason to watch a merit seat pass by.
Visiting the Board Office in Saidu Sharif – Practical Tips
Some errands cannot be done online: certificate collection for private candidates, correction applications, verification requests, rechecking submissions. When a trip to the board office becomes necessary, go prepared and it becomes a single trip. Carry the original roll number slip and your CNIC or B-Form, plus photocopies of both; take the exact document the errand concerns; and write your application at home rather than composing it at a crowded counter. Ask the receiving clerk for a receipt or diary number for anything you submit – that number is your follow-up handle. Mornings early in the week are generally kinder than closing hours, and every process at the board runs on its notified schedule and fee, so check the current notification for your specific errand before travelling from Buner or Shangla for it.
